Today we ask of you, to:
– Think of someone who may have hurt or betrayed you and begin the process of forgiving them (maybe, this could be you).
– Write down (like right now) one “thing” that has made you feel alive today.
– Call a friend, family member or loved one who may be ill or down on their luck and ask what you can do to help.
– Smile.
The Workout-
In this order: Crocodile Breathing – Dead Man Roll(s) – KB Arm Bars (ask before you do these*) – Perfect Turkish Get Ups
*If your goal is to look this movement up on The Google Machine, use a heavy weight and tear your fragile shoulders up this afternoon? Have at it.*
Notes:
Try to make a commitment today, to experiencing joy in whatever you do, forgiving after having been wronged (NHL Lockout – Lance Armstrong), sharing compassion with others … Be in awe of nature and the world around you.

Do you Need to do __________ or do you Love to do __________?
To be fully free is to live in blissful happiness, daily. Full freedom creates the space for every happy experience to creep in. The punishment (<— Key Word) that we can subject ourselves to, is the withholding of our unconditional love.
Unconditional love never withdraws itself, this is what loving fully means. One does not have to practice what one is … Just be yourself. Love learns over time to let go. Have you ever thought about how much energy and effort it takes to hold a grudge, to be angry at a friend or loved one?
What we call Need is often confused with Love. Need holds on, Need has a firm grasp on so many of us. There is a rather clever way to tell the difference between Need and Love: Love let’s go, Love sets your mind free and places your heart at ease. Need on the other hand, never let’s go.
Let go of your expectations, for today, let go of the requirements, the so-called “rules” and regulations that you would otherwise impose on yourself and others …
The Workout-
A Walk in fresh snow, listen to your breathing, the sound of surrendering snow under foot. Watch your breath as you walk long … Walking Meditation, Bliss.
Notes:
Remember: Choices are not restrictions. Nurture, Love or Punishment?!? Bundle up and be well.

What is THE WORST training tool we have available to use? Our eyes …
Our eyes mislead us while our best training tool and the one seldom used is our Mind.
The images our eyes capture play a large role in how we organize our perceptions. If you are capable of daydreaming at work?!? Then you can learn how to visualize and meditate.
Let’s start early this morning for good measure:
· A good way to start is to simply think about your home or apartment.
· Imagine that you are standing outside and looking at your front door.
· Describe your door in detail (aloud). What color is the door? What is the shape of the door handle? How high is the door? What does it sound like if you knock on it?
· The part of your mind that you are using to describe the door is the part we use for visualization.
· Now, imagine your door in a different color. First blue, then red, etc. Use your imagination and pretend if you need to. The more you can pretend the better your imagination will be.
Like many “things” in our lives, we forget as we age. Hand a thoughtful little dude a Matchbox car and watch what happens …
The Workout-
There are literally millions of yoga poses, trillions is actually more actuate of a number. Try this: Stand on one foot, hand on the hip of the leg firmly planting you to the ground, your other hand picking at your ear vigorously (keep picking until you find something). Let’s call this pose: CultFita Hasta Padangustasana
True, passionate yoga practice has Nothing to do with the poses.
So on that lovely note, today is a Rest Day. You are free to obsess over your killer pose … We will be going for a Walk and focusing/visualizing on proper breathing?!? <— Hint – Hint

Do you share a passion for discovery? A passion for embracing and seeking out new and unfamiliar events in your life? Immersing yourself in a new activity can help you transform your life in ways you never dreamed possible. Here’s how: Dipping your toes in an unfamiliar event takes Courage and Strength.
Workout- Outside in the elements. Trail Run- On an actual trail. Ride a bike- Into a 20mph headwind.
If you ever wanted to see a 5k princess melt? Head to a local trail head when it’s raining … If you want to see a gym bunny break? Hill Sprints and heavy KB Swings will do just fine.
Experiencing nature is heaven on earth. Just simply being outdoors will awaken in you a sense of vitality and infinity for life. After just a few moments outdoors a path to your core creativity will emerge in front of you. Without thinking, look up at the astonishing number of stars in the sky tonight, the leaves quietly lingering on a single tree while running a favorite path and feel the sense of vastness and spaciousness that surrounds you. As you gaze at the heavens, knowing that humanity throughout history and across continents has pondered these very stars, in this moment … You are experiencing something larger than yourself.

कसरत –
Outdoors, in the elements …. A nice flowing Trail Run Followed by:
Park Bench Meditation (picnic tables etc.)
Find a bench with a level seat, a straight back and no arms (a level seat is all we really need) The front of the seat should not dig into the underside of your thighs. Gently place your legs side by side, your feet flat on the earth beneath them. Mindfully place both hands on your lap, one hand cupped upon the other. Release the tension in your neck and shoulder muscles. Breathe and relax your arms.
With our eyes closed, our objective is to achieve a state of complete physical stillness, calm – bliss.
