What better way to celebrate this bright sunny morning after a grueling program yesterday? Why with a Rest Day of course served up nicely this morning with a dash of “Best Caption to the Picture Wins Something”:

Day of rest for some….Ater 2 1/2 years of inconsistency, deciding to get back on the ball, and then getting seriously sick…I am finally feeling alive again and today is the day to start moving this body!
But a lot of meditation, soul searching and prioritizing as well.
BTW….love the title to this post.

Regarding the day of meditation, are you kidding? My results yesterday were so weak I had to kill it today. (Anyway, today’s my workout day.)
