Pretty much what you have been doing all week:
Bike/Row/Swim for about an hour followed by:
100 Perfect Push Ups
100 Potato Sack Squats
100 Inverted Rows
10 Minutes in an Inversion of your liking (preferably outdoors in the middle of a field)

A vast majority of our readers have this underlying need to validate themselves by asking tedious little questions like: “How much you lift” and “what was your last ultra-time”. If it makes you feel better 95.4% of the staff here did the one hour ride today in 20 mins. So on that note, There have been over 240-ish posts here by CultFit HQ members.
