First do no harm.
The Workout-
Some light Tumbling a handful of Cartwheels and sprinkle in 300 Hard Style KB Swings at the end for good measure.
Notes:
A simple yet profoundly loaded message today. Feel like taking a stab at what it is?!? Be well today.
I heart kettlebells!
Same here and the “trick” to what we are doing today is really letting go of tension/stress via tumbling, allowing your body to naturally brace itself. If you roll around enough and then pick up your trusty KB for a few swings?!? I think (used loosely) you will have a great time today. 🙂
Don’t think too much? not something i have a problem with 😉 love the shark pic!!
10 bonus points if you can name the dude riding the shark (say that aloud at work …)?!?
i want to say Bert Reynolds! must be the ‘tash! 🙂
Hmm do you think intelligent people are often iatrogenic?
Hmm you may be onto something here?!? 😉
Taking a rather broad discussion and focusing a bit … Are we not our own worst enemy sometimes in regards to health and our own well being?
Yes! A bit of hypochondria can ruin a great day 🙂
… The post today really ties into my message tomorrow. 😉
Unhappy people are not actually intelligent in the best sense of the word.
You are so spot on, as usual. 🙂
♥ this post. Love, love, love it.
Awesome!
Who is that guy, and what is he doing to that shark?! It’s killing me! I guess I need to go tumble…
I’m almost positive it’s from G.I Joe and for the life of me I can’t remember his name. Have fun tumbling around. 🙂
I’m off to go wrestle a shark.
The stories you will be able to tell when you back …
I like that. We can take that further. “The stories I will be able to tell when I get back (read: return to the dust of which I came).”
