All of us struggle daily to make life meaningful by grasping and holding onto the “things” in our life. This is a wasted effort on our part. The meaning to life is everywhere, just take a moment to look around. We force ourselves to find Meaning and burden ourselves trying to Create relationships.
Not too sure where we are going with this topic, maybe?!?
The Plan-
The Workout-
Awaken your senses with a nice flowing, Sun Salutation series. Followed by:
8 Perfect Pull Ups (fully open and lengthen at the bottom … )
8 KB Halo’s (fully open around the back of your head … )
8 Perfect Push Ups (Press through the floor at the top … )
8 KB Plank Side Press (Ask if you need a hand setting these up …)
Notes:
Relationships are a fundamental part of life. They can be both profound yet subtle at the same time … Take the time to forge a lasting, meaningful relationship with your fitness program or anything really. Be well today and ENJOY!!!
so true! great post, love the workout!
You are way too kind. 🙂 The plank side press is, side plank-one press and back down … Reset after each one.
As always mess about with the reps and have fun!!! Take care today. 🙂
Totally agree. Relationships are vital to existence, and they are living things, always growing and changing.
Question (for a newcomer) — how many Sun Salutations doe you do in your series? I know a lot of people do 108 — I’m not quite up to that yet! 😉
For some additional questions to create your 2013, I’ve got the Goals, Dreams, and Resolutions site up — we’ll reconvene on January 1 with answers and working towards the goals:

I find melding the physical activities WITH the thoughtful ones often forms better decisions!
As you can imagine I go about performing the Sun Salutation series a bit differently. 😉
You will hear me say quite often: Form, Flow and Grace, this is what I look for when performing not only what we are talking about but anything else we do here.
Some days it may take, 20-30 times. Others, I may never find grace … I stop after 15 minutes. 🙂 I never want to struggle doing these, or be in pain. Form, Flow and Grace is infinitely more important to me,personally than counting reps.
Totally checking out your site, be well and please take care!
Great blog! I enjoyed reading this post and the positive spin you put into each activity. Happy Tuesday!
I really appreciate your kind words, honestly I do! I’ve been known at times to “suck the joy” out of “things” in prior posts, even though they do end up on a positive note. 😉
Happy Tuesday to you as well and I hope you and everyone you meet today have a wonderful day.
I absolutely love the crayon picture, ha ha. 🙂
Same here! Which one is your fave?!? Don’t be shy … I’m partial to the “moral ambiguity grey” 🙂
Be well today! 🙂
Well I’ve got a soft spot for the “void of existential anguish black”… 🙂
That was my second choice, no kidding!
