Long story … When I was in the Air Force my family and I lived about 20 minutes from the base. To beat traffic and to get the gym before work I would leave really early in the AM, about 4:30ish. Come winter time the base would issue travel alerts (norm. at 6AM) for members to stay home … I always missed them! Cheesy term but I called them bonus days: Easy drive, gym to myself and no one at work. Time to chill and Zen out!
