Alright…I did the sleepy time thingy. and it suggested 9:30 pm (too early)….10:30 pm….30 minutes earlier than when I usu go to sleep and midnight and 1:30 am….to late!…Maybe 10:30 pm is THE choice for me. Sleep is nice – esp. when the dreams are so happy!
