Sharing a new perspective for all the yoga peeps reading this fine morning!
What do you define as an action? Do you consider meditation an action?!?
Usually when we think of meditation we think of it as an action, a practice. Basically a “verb“ for all the school-house teachers reading today. Don’t worry, we’re not that particular … Meditation is a state of being. It is through the practice of meditation that the “real“ meditation can happen. In order for real meditation to happen you have to be connected to your soul, your “higher self” in order to experience a higher consciousness. Meditation is a state of mind, not so much the practice. Unfortunately we Westerners have limited our meditation to a practice and confined it to this meaning.
Do you practice Dhyana? Or do you embrace the state of Samadhi?
The Plan-
The Workout-
From our “Fist Full of Fury“ series:
Over the next 24 hours perform 1500 total reps consisting of the following movements:
Goblet Squats, Swings (any style), Perfect Push Ups, Lunges ( mix ’em up), Pilates Style Crunches.
**No fewer than 300 reps per any movement … Get creative and work on a weakness, find perfection**
Notes:
Measured performance over a set period of time, not AMRAP in 30 minutes. Our long distance athletes know the value of this style of training and its importance in how you perform. Today’s program is one method and tomorrow we will share another one with you. Until then … ENJOY!!!
Hi! Have you thought about publishing your inspirational quotes in journals (i.e. journals that people vent about things, etc.)
Not really, maybe you can tell me some more about it?
Samadhi. So beautiful
