Over this past weekend we sat down and had a nice free flowing chat amongst some old friends. One topic that came up that we would like to share with you is: You teach what you need to learn. Let this thought sit in for a bit as you get ready to rush off to your mid day extreme fitness class …
Oh and to the peeps lamenting, crying about Olympic withdraw? The REAL Olympics start soon!

The Paralympics have such tremendous athletes. Looking forward to it.
Same here. Sad thing is, zero coverage of these men and women will take place in the US.
Online it is then. Such a bummer.
Love that last quote!

Is it me or was the closing ceremony the most grotesquely grandiose chunk of crap ever created? Woof
I have to agree with you mate. I may sound like an old curmudgeon, nagging and nit-picking NBC and it’s coverage to death. The closing ceremony was so much better on the BBC. The announcers shut the hell up and let the performers … Well perform. Plus we were able to watch all the performers. Queen was really spot on and so were The Who. Ray Davies of the Kinks killed it and yet no one watching NBC saw any of the last two groups.
I tuned in on the part where they were all running around in newspaper clothing and driving newspaper adorned vehicles… I lasted approximately 1 minute and 23 seconds.
