      Yeah it is pretty nuts. What is challenging about it is the mental aspect of the competition. I could write forever on this subject 😉

    Love the title…gotta say I had it in the inbox for a while. I was thinking “Oh God, he knows something about the end of the world and it’s going to happen soon.”

    You got to be in excellent physical shape to do most of those things – and know what you’re doing, and have done it before (home, etc) to make it in 24 hours.

      They are fun and a blast to participate in. Chances are today you will do more “stuff” scarier than the Tough Mudder…Driving, biking and running out in public are just a few. Be safe, have fun and get dirty!
