Second Breakfast Inspiración

Nonstop; Dance; Keep Moving

“We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.” – Friedrich Nietzsche

One of my favourite Bruce Lee books is “The Art of Expressing The Human Body.”  That title speaks to me.  When I trail run, sprint, hit the heavy bag, play Chi Sau (sticking hands), dance or play with my children – I try to lose myself in order to gain myself.

I have to keep expressing my soul through different types of movements that seem to share a common thread.  I have to keep moving.  It’s in my nature.

What’s in your nature?

An interesting book with some Bruce Lee insight is “Zen in the Martial Arts” by Joe Hyams.. Not about Bruce, but Joe was a student of Bruce at one time.

There is a joy in movement.
