Hope everyone out there on the blog-o-sphere had a wonderful and safe weekend. Today is really one of those days where you can make or break yourself after a long weekend. You want to get right back into the routine and set a new PR in a completely random workout. Although the best option may be to ease back into it, which brings us to what we will be doing this week.
The Workout-
Time is not an issue this week. Keep things snappy, moving and with a purpose.

Perfect Push Ups
Goblet Squats followed by a Heavy Farmers Walk (50 meters out and back)
