CultFit Agility-

In honor of the upcoming NFL lockout-

Practice up maybe you will be on the field this season!

10 rounds, each for time:
Pro Agility (5-10-5)
Rest 60 seconds between efforts.

This is more about improving agility, lateral speed, change of direction, than  conditioning. You may think you are not improving yourself doing this drill. . .Go ahead and put an all out maximal effort into this and let’s see.  Make sure you rest for the entire minute and go as fast as you can during each sprint.
