In the lighthearted tone of this “special” holiday, I would like to share my grievance(s) from the past year. I’ll wait, patiently, as you set up your aluminum Festivus poles and prepare for your feats of strength.
…
Tailgating drivers, zombie like pedestrians, and folks who go one tarnished step beyond stealing spots reserved for the elderly and pregnant women – Pale in comparison to individuals running late to yoga class!
Daily Meditation:
Celebrating this truly brilliant holiday, allow me to close with a simple question – What irks you the most on a daily basis?!? Air your grievances below or at least write a comment in ALL CAPS and so markedly terrible, that some random inter-webs pecksniffian, will have the chance to complain about it!
This post is rubbish!!!
Bahaha!!
… I can prove it to you if I have to!?!
Maybe you have to…
I see a lot of “similarities” this wise Festivus celebration has with Solstice ceremonies where people burn worries, and grievances in a bonfire. 😀
… Many similarities indeed 🙂
BAH HUMBUG!
The Force is strong within you this Festivus season!
Interesting holiday post 🙂
I confess … Im a closet Seinfeld fan 🙂
BELL RINGERS!
Bell ringers?! I’ll pray for you. You obviously need the prayers and I undoubtedly beed the practice.
Need. Not beed.
SO TRUE!!!
don’t hide in the closet…isn’t the Festivus episode the one where George donates to the “Human Fund” and has to bring Krueger to dinner? Ok, my grievance: since I am in retail it usually involves CELLPHONES IN LINE, and this year is no different; however this past year was KIDS WATCHING MOVIES ON A CELLPHONE WHILE STANDING IN LINE. Way to raise yer kids, ya pack of jerks!
HAPPY FESTIVUS!
… I’m still recovering from my Feats of Strength! What a bunch of morons those kids and parents – You gotta fill ’em up with sugar and let ’em roam like a wild pack of animals in the store right?!? Maybe … 😉
May your heart be filled with Christmas Cheer this morning for all to hear – Take care!
Thanks so much. For all of your poignant and inspiring words. All the best to you and yours.
I’VE BEEN TRYING TO CONCENTRATE ON LETTING MY RESENTMENTS GO SO I DON’T HAVE ANYONE I’M REALLY THAT MIFFED AT – EXCEPT PEOPLE WHO TALK DURING A PROFESSIONAL SYMPHONY PERFORMANCE. MERRY CHRISTMAS BROTHER, I HOPE YOU ARE WELL AND WISH YOU MUCH WARMTH AND HAPPINESS.
Brilliant! I sincerely hope that you and your awesome family have a wonder and merry Christmas – Take care and be well my friend.
