An eye is meant to see things.
The soul is here for its own joy.
A head has one use: For loving a true love.
Feet: To chase after.
Love is for vanishing into the sky. The mind,
for learning what men have done and tried to do.
Mysteries are not to be solved: The eye goes blind
when it only wants to see why.
A lover is always accused of something.
But when he finds his love, whatever was lost
in the looking comes back completely changed

The Workout-
Rest Day … Some light reading before lunch and a touch of yoga in the afternoon to ease the Low Back Pain.
*In all seriousness, the link(s) above are a must read if your body is sore today after a recent run.*
Notes:
Epiphenomena, nifty word although why are you reading it here, like right now?!?Β Take care today and be well.
Great post. What is a touch of yoga by the way?
My guess: a couple of forward folds and a down dog or two. π
A touch of yoga could be anything really, for me it means “no struggle” … Meditation and breathing. In essence, pure self reflection. We can only do this when we fully surrender to ourselves. π
Be well today and please take care!
I love “a touch of yoga” – maybe some lunges, helping to stretch hip flexors which often lead to our low back pain when ignored. ~Strength and Breath~
Brilliant!
