: Homesick :

His boredom was like a nostalgia for the whole world. He was homesick for everywhere but here-

When I close my eyes, and dream of being back home in Omaha? Sometimes, when everything is just right, Cambridge can look a lot like Nebraska! Minus Tower Bridge and the thousand-year old churches of course …

I do see the resemblance. Have you met up with fossilcyclist? He’s another blogger (who I think follows you here). We had nearly 80F here yesterday, and this morning started at 58F–but the winds are howling across the plains, whipping up to 40mph. Hope we don’t lose any more trees today, we just got finished cleaning up after the last windstorm that came through.

I have not forgotten to send you my description of the empowering bike clinic–although I did write about it a bit here: https://promisetodad.wordpress.com/2016/02/06/bike-maintenance-clinics/

The Bike Rack just chose me to head the first women’s ride for novices this summer! I’m really excited! Saturdays at 9:00am!

Very beautiful photos. I don’t know the area where you took them but found it real interesting. Thank you for visiting my blog earlier.
    Kind regards, Agnes

You are too kind saying they are beautiful, thank you! A majority of the pictures are around Cambridge. Saffron Walden, Trumpington, Grantchester, Haslingfield, Grafham and a few other spots I fail to recall at the moment. May your heart and spirit be filled with warmth and kindness this chilly afternoon – Take care and be well!

Just love the picture with the trees reflected in the water.
