And then you accept it. Or you kill yourself. Or you stop looking in mirrors-
Recently I have been reading some old posts and drafts that were never tidied up, and there is one in particular, I would like to share with you again … When the time is right. At the time I was still exploring and awaking to my true path in life. I was crass and rude then, cocksure and quite frankly – mean-spirited. Competition and ego oozed from my pours, and I was not a very pleasant person to be around.
Daily Meditation:
Life has thrown me a series of off speed pitches of late, thank you for understanding the lack of posts and my absence. I hope each one of you reading this morning has a wonderful weekend – Take care and be well!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, and I’m glad you enjoyed my post. Look forward to seeing you again soon, doors always open at Jean’s Writing.
be well…..
off speed pitches or opportunities for growth, right?
Absolutely! 🙂
I have found myself in a similar place. Beyond happy with my life, as it has turned out, but saddened at the loss of part of me. Haven’t quite figured out how to write about it yet. Wishing you a good journey. And yes, we need to meet and ride some weekend–when it’s not in the 100s. My favorite trail was destroyed in the June rains and somehow I have lost motivation to ride outside. Even before the weather turned ugly. Riding the omaha trails would be medicine for my soul.
FYI: I desperately desire the Trek Silque SL :-). Beautiful bike! Maybe that would help. LOL
We have many ups and downs in life, and we’re here for you!
Thank you so much my friend!
Mean-spirited…
We do get mean when we push ourselves even when the body is tired, don’t we?
It helps when we are reminded to pause. =)
